We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services.
We do not maintain our own customer database on our website.
We do not collect health data.

When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data, such as your IP address, date and time, browser type and pages visited (server log files).
This data is used to ensure the secure operation of the website and is not combined with other data.
We use server functions provided by our hosting provider for newsletter registrations and the contact form. The data entered is processed solely for forwarding to our email service and is not stored.
Hosting provider: Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated, USA; Lovable Labs AB, Stockholm, Sweden). The website is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA).
Server functions run on Cloudflare’s global platform. Each request is processed at the nearest data centre, generally in Europe for visitors from Switzerland (for example Zurich or Milan).
We do not operate our own database. Data you enter is not stored on our website and is forwarded directly to our email service Brevo (France, EU).

We do not use tracking cookies or analytics tools.
Only technically necessary information is stored in the browser, such as the contents of the shopping cart and the selected language. This data does not leave your device.
Fonts are loaded locally from our server; no connection to Google is established.

For orders, we collect your name, delivery address, email address and information about the products ordered.
Payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). Payment data such as card details is processed exclusively by Stripe and is not accessible to us.

Payments by TWINT are also processed through Stripe.

For the internal processing of orders, your name, address, email address and order contents are sent to us by email.
We use the email service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) for this purpose.

For delivery, we provide your name and delivery address to Swiss Post Ltd.

If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process your name, email address and message solely to respond to your enquiry.
Messages from the contact form are sent to us through the email service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) and are not stored on our website.
We use the encrypted email service Tuta (Tutao GmbH, Germany) for our email communications.

You receive the newsletter only with your express consent. After registering, you receive an email asking you to confirm your registration (double opt-in).
Registration is available on the homepage and product pages, for example to receive information about a product launch.
Registration is also possible voluntarily via a checkbox in the contact form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and has no effect on the handling of your contact request.
We store your email address, selected language and the date and time of registration and confirmation.
Newsletters are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). The data is stored on servers in the EU.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter or by emailing info@joahnutrition.ch.

Our website links to our Instagram profile. This is a simple link; no data is transferred to Instagram unless you click it.
When you access Instagram, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms applies.

Some of our service providers process data in the EU (such as Brevo and Tuta) or in the United States (such as Stripe, Cloudflare and Lovable).
Cloudflare and Lovable are US companies. The website is delivered and the server functions are executed via Cloudflare’s global network, normally through a European data centre.
Data is disclosed only to countries with adequate data protection or on the basis of appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.

We retain order data for as long as necessary to process the order.
Accounting-related documents are retained for 10 years in accordance with statutory obligations.
We store newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

You have the right to access, correct, erase and receive your personal data, as well as the right to object to its processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version published on this website applies.
