General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed through the joahnutrition.ch online shop. By placing an order, the customer accepts the version of these GTC valid at the time of ordering.

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

• The presentation of products in the online shop is non-binding.
• The purchase contract is concluded upon successful payment. The customer subsequently receives a confirmation by email.
• Orders may only be placed by adults aged 18 or over, or with the consent of their legal representative.
• We reserve the right to reject orders in justified cases. Any amounts already paid will be refunded in full in such cases.

4. Prices

• All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
• As we are not subject to value added tax, no VAT is shown.
• The price valid at the time of ordering applies.
• Annual supply: 6 bottles of Plant-Based Pro at a bundle price of CHF 120.00 instead of CHF 150.00 (20% discount). The annual supply is only available while at least 6 bottles are in stock.

5. Payment

• Payment is made in advance by credit card, debit card or TWINT.
• Payments are processed by the payment service provider Stripe.

6. Delivery and shipping

• We deliver exclusively within Switzerland.
• Orders are shipped by Swiss Post no later than the next working day after receipt of payment.
• Shipping costs: a flat rate of CHF 3 for one bottle. Shipping is free for 2 or more bottles and for the annual supply. The annual supply is shipped as a parcel.
• Benefit and risk pass to the customer when the goods are handed over to Swiss Post.
• If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, the cost of reshipping may be charged.

7. No right of return or exchange

• Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases.
• For hygiene reasons and to protect our customers, food supplements cannot be returned or exchanged. This also applies to unopened products.
• The warranty under section 8 remains unaffected.

8. Warranty

• The goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
• Damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods must be reported by email with a photograph within 7 days of receipt.
• For justified complaints, we will provide a replacement free of charge or refund the purchase price.
• The statutory warranty periods apply.

9. Liability

• We are liable within the scope of the statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
• Liability under the Product Liability Act remains reserved.
• We accept no liability for damage resulting from improper use, particularly where the recommended daily intake is exceeded.

10. Product information

• Our products are food supplements and are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded.
• Keep out of reach of young children.
• Pregnant or breastfeeding people and anyone taking medication should consult their doctor before use.
• Information in the online shop is provided for informational purposes and does not replace medical advice.

11. Data protection

Information on how personal data is processed can be found in our Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to the GTC

We may amend these GTC at any time. The version valid at the time of ordering applies.

13. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

• Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
• The place of jurisdiction is Aarau. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain reserved.

14. Language versions

These GTC are available in several languages. In case of doubt, the German version shall prevail.
